J.Christopher Daniel is the  Executive Director of Goodwill social work centre, Madurai, India. He is a Practicing Social worker and involved in child rights promotion work and family social work. He is a former Professor of Social Work and human resources management at the Madurai Institute of social sciences,(Affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University), Madurai, India. He received his master’s degree in Social work with Human Resources Management as a field of specialisation from the Loyola College (University of Madras), Chennai in 1971 and Ph. D in social work from the Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai in 1988.He holds a Certificate in International interdisciplinary Course on Children’s rights awarded by the University of Ghent, Belgium in 1996.He is VICE CONSUL of the First children's Embassy in the World Medjashi- Macedonia. He is an Observer Member of ALNAP, Overseas Development Institute, London, UN and a GU Associate member/Consultant registered with www.globalunification.com  and  he holds a Networker membership with 'Global Links Initiative'U.K.
